"Acidic Produce"~GREEN Inspirations~May 31, 2011

When storing/cooking with acidic produce, such as oranges, lemons, grapefruit or tomatoes (tomato paste/sauce), never use aluminum foil...There is a chemical reaction that takes place that will corrode the foil or cause the acid to eat right through the foil.

FAIL MORE! Then adjust, plan, and act!

I just read a great quote from Unstoppable Confidence, by Kent Sayre. "There is no such thing as failure. There are only results. . . If you get results that YOU don't like, you'll naturally adjust your behavior based upon the results to persist until you achieve our outcome."
