Need Extra Money? Here are 5 Ideas to Get You Started
I remember being laid off. The shock of suddenly finding myself out of work, and the pressure that ensued. I viewed this layoff as a new start, which was exciting. But time and money were trickling away all too fast. Making extra money during the transition could have relieved some of the…

Divine Economy Theory Cures The Disease Of Statism.
Whether humankind realizes its potential or not the equilibrium forces are always actively a part of the world that humans dwell in and experience. Give Creatively
Recently I had a discussion with my granddaughter, Clara, about why we give at Christmas. I told her of the wise men bringing gifts to the Christ child and told her how, during the Christmas holiday, we have the opportunity to give back to people we love and are important to us. It is also a time to give to others who might be less fortunate. It is a time of intentional giving.
I’ve been thinking about what Clara and I talked about. Not always were Dan and…

Healthy Weight Loss: What Do Gratitude, Self-Love and Forgiveness Have to do With It?
This is the beginning of the beautiful holiday season where we are more focused, even temporarily, on gratitude, love and forgiveness. While that is wonderful and we should practice living this way all year long, I want to touch on this as it applies to weight loss, because it does!
Most of us tend to be…

Risk And Uncertainty Are Not The Same.
There is uncertainty in the human world because of imperfect knowledge.
Risk is a direct consequence of the most limiting factor in the economy – capital. If there was no limit to capital, if it was not scarce, there would be no risk up front and if there was no limit to capital even the risk of failure – loss instead of profit – would have little impact on motivation other than lowering…

Gratitude is like PRIMING a PUMP. A grateful heart prepares to be reflective and truly abundant.
We live in a highly-charged consumer culture. I don’t know that we understand what we are swimming in. Let’s be intentional and make a quality decision that we are not “consumers” — it's not our…

Are You Living Your Life on Remote Control?
It wasn’t that long ago when it seemed like it was necessary to have a PhD in order to program the remote. I remember thinking I had recorded some show only to discover I had failed to do step 7 of the 16 steps required to record it. Now it’s just a matter of pushing the button or just telling it to do whatever you want it to. (Love the Genie in the remote!)
Fortunately the days of needing 5 different remotes and 9 different devices to just plan a playlist are long over. Technology…
