How to Really Be Your Scariest
I have to admit, I’m not a big fan of Halloween; pretty sure I never have been.
I think my distain of Halloween began when my first child was old enough to trick of treat. I’m so not like this now, but I will admit back then, it was all about which mom created the cutest homemade outfit.( Yes, you were most definitely a “less than perfect” mom if you ended up retreating to a big box store to buy your child’s outfit; even if they might have wanted to wear one from there!!)
So,…

One of my favorite gifts that I received when I retired from my career as a school counselor was a lovely canvas designed by Kelly Rae Roberts. Her extraordinary work combines quotes and collage. Even though I don't know her, I feel we share something in common and her art pieces always…

I have a cause based product that I'm putting together - I'm passionate about the content, have great marketing/sales channels in tis space, and it's coming together beautifully. And yet, I find my self deep in self-doubt sometimes. I'm afraid that it won't sell, that people won't like it, or worse yet, I'll get called out as a fake.
None of…

The Keys To Understanding Entrepreneurship.
The keys to understanding entrepreneurship are that the entrepreneur discovers opportunities, responds to opportunities and generates opportunities by bearing uncertainty. This process is a competitive process which exists when there is freedom; freedom for those with better ideas to pursue their ideas, and freedom for those with a greater willingness to serve to then go ahead and serve the needs conveyed via the market process.

It's Stacking Up!
Last week I wanted to throw in the towel. I was frustrated, tired, and didn’t know whether I was coming or going. It would be easy to blame it on a host of different circumstances — new duties on the job, attempting to learn new tools for the business in the middle of a marketing launch, the marketing launch itself, etc., etc., etc.. But the real reason I wanted to throw in the towel is because I made choices that began to stack up against me.
Where I should have said NO I said yes…
