Profile Information

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: Read Dan's book. Looking for like minded individuals influenced by Dan and Dave Ramsey to connect with.

In July 2014, I sold my eLearning business and jumped into coaching with both feet. I'm a graduate of 48 Days "Coaching With Excellence" and a member of the "Coaching With Mastery" program.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: I am a professional leadership coach. I help create spiritual strategies that allow you to fully utilize the gifts that God has given you in order to create the greatest impact for His Kingdom.

I empower motivated professionals to take control of their careers and make the most out of the inevitable career transitiosn.

I develop team leaders Who create dynamic corporate cultures that maximize the strengths of the individual team members.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: In 5 years, I want others to say that Maximize Others Leadership Resources has encouraged and empowered thousands of motivated, high potential individuals and people focused organizations to operate in their core design and maximize their strengths so they can deliver world class products and services that impact individuals and communities on a global stage.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: Debt free (thanks Dave Ramsey). Seven kids (3-16). Homeschooling father. Life is active but very good.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: I focus on strengths in others to stimulate personal and group excellence. I’m at my best when I’m transforming something strong into something superb.

The job changes have also dictated that I have moved the family a few times, which some in the family have not always appreciated. I am hoping to learn from the community the secret of contentment as well as try to figure out God's plan for my life (realizing that God's plan for my life may be to stay right where I am at).

My exposure to Dan is more through the podcast than through his books (not much time to read). I have been also listening to the Entreleadership, Ziglar, and Andy Stanley podcasts. I get a lot out of all of them.

Again, thanks for the warm welcome. I look forward to getting involved in the community.

God is good and my son came at the right time in our marriage :) Also because of language issues I have found it difficult to find a full time job in Norway so my wife has had to work full time to support us. This has been a stress on us, and a motivation for me to build my business as fast as possible, which is difficult being home full time with a 2 year old :) I have to work on business for the most part when he is napping, or at night!
