How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: I heard about the community through Dave Ramsey. I am "between jobs" and love listening to Dan, reading his book, and exploring my passions. It is amazing. This is the best thing that has happened in my professional life. I look forward to updating Dan in the future on my new business.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: I am currently Self-Employed as a Real Estate Agent.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: My goal is to be financially free in the next 5 years (Thank You Dave Ramsey). I am a self-proclaimed Foodie. I sure love cooking and eating. I love to review restaurants and am looking to build a concept. My blog, www.hometownslop.blogspot.com is where I put up recipes & review. I would love to turn this into free-lance work for reviews, critiques, write books, start restaurants & products.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: I love to mountain bike but haven't for a couple years. "Too Busy" like you hear everyone say but it is because I have not prioritized it. I love spending time with my wife & daughter, traveling, cooking, watching baseball and college football.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: My core competencies are people. I love working with people and learning about them.
