Moving towards becoming an entrepreneur can be a lonely journey if you allow it.
This can be especially true if you have a family and are working in a j.o.b. that you want to transition out of. Why the very thought of connecting in person with other entrepreneurs seems illogical as time off is…

How many times in life do we get frustrated when we are learning new things? We want to make changes in our career or personal lives, but we think, "Ah, the effort seems too much."
What can we do when we feel like the effort is too overwhelming, yet we want to try something new?
Whenever we get frustrated from learning new things, I encourage you to keep three things in mind:
1. Keep in mind that anything worth doing in life takes effort. If it was easy,…

Thanks for accepting my "friend request!"
Thanks for hosting the Tuesday video gatherings, too.
I've taken some action. I started a 1 min. Morning Walk Talk for Motivation and Inspiration, using the tools that I have. I'm posting them on the blog www.friarwade.com and a FB page http://Facebook.com/FriarWade
It's a challenge being a recovering perfectionist, to just jump in again, but jump I have!
All the best to you. I'm looking forward to interacting and helping others, too!
Sincerely,

Brian Richardson said… Hi Jen,
I wanted to reach out to you about an opportunity for vets.
I'm putting together a coaching 1-on-1 program for 5 people that are serious about starting their business. Do you know of some vets that could benefit from this type of coaching? There would be an "application" to help ensure their commitment to the process.
I am offering this at a substantially reduced investment to their business...but only to 5 people.
People will qualify if:
- They are struggling with what steps to take in starting a business.
- They are trying to determine if their business idea will work
- Are unsure of how to spend the funds they do have on business resources.
- Would like help in developing a business plan or value proposition
- They are willing to do the leg work and be coached using skype or phone calls.
If you feel this might be of interest to you or someone you know, let me know and I can shoot you the application to send out to them.
I would also be happy to discuss any questions you might have. Thanks, I look forward to the opportunity.

Jarrod Johnson said… Thank you for the kind welcome and encouragement Jen! And congratulations on all your success! As for the baby and weight loss, I am truly blessed beyond measure and have a lot to be thankful for in life. I have joined both the Speak it Forward and Write it Forward Groups, and have interacted with Kent and received the dates for his next Speak It Forward Boot Camp in November. It seems like the premier training program of maximizing one's abilities in professional speaking!
With that being said, I am currently on Day 10 of the 48 Days process with Dan and have already learned so much about my personality, skills and abilities, and how to discover my passion. Even though I have yet to pinpoint exactly what that is at this stage in the game, I am convinced that this process will empower me to discover God's will for my life along with characteristics of myself I never knew existed, which really excites me! The best times in my life are still yet to come, and I can't wait to enjoy them!
