- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I heard about this site after listening to one of the podcasts I found via internet search for best podcasts. I am a writer, but haven't really taken the bull by the horns to make it my active and passive income. That's where I want to be! I signed up to hear others' entrepreneurial ideas and hopefully come up with a few of my own.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- In addition to occasional articles for various outlets, I'm currently working part time at a local diagnostic center. I'm also under contract for my first book (currently in the final editing stages), with slated publication date of Winter 2015.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I want to obtain an active and passive income from my writing. I also love brainstorming, working on marketing brochures and other promotional materials. If I am doing what I love and serving others in some way, I'm happy!
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I'd like to travel more with my son.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I am a wordsmith, and have always had a knack for persuasive writing. I can find humor (and sometimes life lessons) in what sometimes seems mundane. Ultimately, I hope that when someone reads my work, they are a better person for having spent that time reading.

I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!
Finally, it sounds like you are interested in writing. If so, consider joining the Write It Forward. There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.
Plus, you might want to check out Speak It Forward as well. It's another group I'm involved with that has a lot of activity taking place.
