Bob's Journey to Full-Time Blogging

I have been blogging since early 2007 and have been earning a full-time living from my blogs since early 2009. And yes, being a full-time blogger is as good as you would imagine. Back in early 2007 I was talking to a friend of mine about the idea of building a website that I would put up a new article on a given topic each day. After brainstorming a bit, I found a couple ideas of topics that I was passionate about: Proverbs and Personal Finance. My first idea was to [Read More]

Jonathan's Blogging Journey

I first heard of blogging in the Summer of 2008. I was really fascinated by the idea and concept. It was about the same time that I began a personal mission to discover my true purpose in life. I had spent the previous five years building a start-up executive search firm with a few close friends. Although I was enjoying the journey, I really wanted to find my "fit" in the world... Hi Scott. Let me look into this personally for you. My apologies. My brother handles the blog setups. He is in the middle of moving from one state to the next and on top of that he is at summer camp this week with his kids. I'll look into this and get back with you soon.

Thanks, Jonathan

Has anyone else had trouble getting customer service from Blogging Your Passion?  They don't have a customer service phone number and they haven't replied to my inquires via the web.  I'm waiting on them to setup my blog.  They say it should take about two business days, but it's been over a week and no response.

I want to say thank you to everyone in this group for your help and answering all my questions.  As a result, Spoken from the Heart: Journey from Fear to Faith is now available to buy as a paperback.

Is there someone on your Christmas list who needs a bit of encouragement this year? Maybe they are walking through a journey they were placed on that's kind of scary (medical diagnosis, financial issues, job insecurity) or maybe they think they are hearing God's voice to step out and try something new but are a little afraid to take that first step.

God placed it on my heart to write a book to offer encouragement to people, not just during the Christmas season, but throughout the year.  If you can think of someone who needs a little hope this year, it’s a great stocking stuffer or “just because” gift to let them know you care.  If you need a little pick-me-up or encouragement, it’s great to buy one for yourself as well.

I have provided the link below to make shopping that much easier.

Hi,

I signed up for Blogging Your Passion University.  I am unsure how to get started though - how to access all the wonderful resources so I can begin learning.

I've been writing a blog for the past two years now, but would like to grow the audience and learn how to use it to earn passive income. Thank you for your help with this.  I'm excited to get started and begin "blogging my passion."

Thank you for your help.

in Him,

Cheri Swalwell
