One was about "stealing ideas" and how to set-up ground rules for dealing with that, and the other question is if one member gives another member an idea or suggestion for their business that turns out to be a home run idea, who gets credit? Any one have any ideas or recommendations on how to handle these 2 situations in a Mastermind? Thanks.

I would be interested in joining in on a conference call. I know that a lot of groups will connect using a variety of different sources and then meet in person on a less frequent basis. Have you gone as far as creating any guidelines or expectations for joining up?

Comment by Garrison Reekers on March 17, 2015 at 8:51am: I would really like to belong to a mastermind in person. I live in Belle Plaine, Iowa. 35 miles west of Cedar Rapids and about that far south of Cedar Falls/Waterloo. I could also do skype or hangouts but fo not use those too often.
I think a mastermind would be a great boost outside of the people I work with normally. Very easy to get in a rut day in and day out with people who are not like minded in achieving goals and having accountability.
