I'm went to your saltmakers.com website and am fascinating by your chicken system. I plan to have land for that some day (living in an apartment right now, so no chickens allowed). I'm curious to hear about your long term health issues, and how you worked through them. I've had some health challenges as well (injuries and resulting chronic pain), and my journey in overcoming those has blossomed into me pursuing a new business venture.
