Software Consulting or SAAS Product to leave my job?

Does anyone out there have a successful SAAS subscription product? Does anyone out there have a software development business? I've done that in the past but it was "owning my job". Profile Information

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: I have a stained background. I've read Dan's books. I have talent in web application development and software engineering but lack marketing talents. I'm following my passion for coaching.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: I am employed full time working in legacy classic ASP, PHP, WordPress, and LDAP nearly matching my salary with my side job in small business custom application development with Microsoft Stack MVC. My first paying life champion participant recently found me.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: I am going to be a Life Champion for others while also developing online resources in the same category. I'll help others with their websites/solutions and create SAAS applications that provide ongoing streams of income.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: God and family come first. I want to provide for them and spend time with them. I have started a ministry in Colorado to support, guide, and mentor men and women as they are released from prison in their reintegration to the community.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: I am very good with people. I have 15 years of successful top level athletic coaching experience. My analytical skills and attention to detail help me to see processes and procedures and find ways to improve and enhance them. I am a great coach mentor and life champion.

Are you interested in finding a better job, starting a business, growing your current business, writing a book, blogging, podcasting, coaching, speaking, sales & marketing, or something else?: I'm beginning to blog to support my businesses. I have a few ideas for books--more for service than income. I've just returned to a new brand of coaching after 7 years off (professionally).
