Group LeaderJeff Long said… Does your website have "wordpress.com" in it and was it built through the wordpress.com site? If so, you can't use Shfari on your site. If you have a self hosted website with Wordpress.org, than you can. Do you know which yours is built from? What's your domain?
There's actually a difference between the two, which might be why you're having issues.
