How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
Dan Miller told me about it during a coaching session. It's been a great way to learn and share ideas with other like-minded people.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Retired from corporate career in finance, currently a consultant for small businesses, an author, and a volunteer hope coach for young people.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
to utilize God-given talents to further His kingdom
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
My wife and I have become volunteer hope coaches for www.thehopeline.com, a ministry run by the Dawson McAllister Association that seeks to reach, rescue, and restore hurting teens and young adults by God's power. I encourage you to check it out.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I have strong analytical skills and rich experience, particularly in the business arena, to bring value to others in a variety of ways.

Are you interested in finding a better job, starting a business, growing your current business, writing a book, blogging, podcasting, coaching, speaking, sales & marketing, or something else?
All of the above, with a focus on utilizing my business and finance skills on consulting engagements for small businesses. I've written and published Hedging Commodity Price Risk: A Small Business Perspective. http://hedging.openroadpress.com

Thanks for the friend request Tim!!!

Tim, what a wonderful ministry you are doing by being a volunteer hope coach for www.TheHopeLine.com - I had never heard of it before. What a WONDERFUL ministry. It sounds like our paths are similar as far as our interests in finance and fun athletic events. Anxious to read your new book.

Many blessings and thanks again.

Hi Tim,

So good to hear from you.

Sounds like you have some good plans. Have you and your bride figured out the best way to wrap these ideas around the strengths and talents that you both have?

Here's an idea, for a continued source of inspiration and lively conversation, you are invited to join us in finding your voice and join in the discussion.

The next issue of our newsletter will be out in a few days. 4 Points Coaching is a weekly. May we start sending it your way?

Hello Tim,

I try to take time each week to welcome new members to 48Days.Net. So, let me say "welcome" to you! I know you will find this to be a great site filled with people who are experiencing true success in both life and work.

I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!

Finally, it sounds like you are interested in writing. If so, consider joining the Write It Forward. There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.

Plus, you might want to check out Speak It Forward as well. It's another group I'm involved with that has a lot of activity taking place.

Again, enjoy 48Days.Net. It's a great place to be!

Live it forward,
Kent Julian
