- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I attended the June 2010 session of Write to the Bank and heard about 48Days.net. I hope to learn about writing, publishing, and creative income opportunities.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I work full time in IT for a great company in Grand Rapids, Michigan that is just over a mile from my house. I'm currently generating passive income through public domain publishing.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I'd like to make a difference for my family and others through writing, teaching and speaking.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I have an amazing wife, four beautiful little girls, and a baby boy. I aspire to earn a full-time living eventually as a writer, speaker and publisher. I'd like to take my family overseas for an extended trip, writing and working remotely. Our dream is to spend 6 months in Spain together.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I write well, am good at teaching technical concepts, and have the ability to teach and inspire. I'm a details person who enjoys collaborating with others but greatly values time working alone.

I did the mastermind thing.
It took me a while. Like you, I'd heard a lot about the benefits of mastermind groups. I knew a lot of very successful people had used the concept to develop ideas, focus their efforts, and produce great results. It makes sense. When individuals come together with a shared goal to help encourage and motivate each other, good things happen.
