- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I heard about it listening to Dan's podcast but his interview on Michael Stelzner's podcast really sparked my interest.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Self-employed for 19 years as a speaker/author/consultant/psychologist
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- Doubling my business in the next two years. I believe this is very possible given the current trajectory of growth this year, due to our new book, speaking, and new coaching packages:)
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I have done a lot of work in Africa and other overseas locations. I'd like to start a foundation based on our book, "Fire Your Excuses: and to start a retreat location just as Dan does. We have the land, it's time to build out the dream!
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- Speaking, consulting, writing and coaching, including 2000 seminars for 400 organizations. I am now working a good deal with ABC and Disney Worldwide Studios in Burbank. So, I am having a lot of fun and I feel very blessed in this economy.

- Thanks Dan! My co-author, Marcus, and I are delighted to have recently published, Fire Your Excuses and to see our book on Barnes & Noble stores shelves. We're also, of course, on Amazon, Kindle, Nook and IBooks. There is a free assessment at www.fireyourexcuses.com that has been taken by 700 people so far. It took two years to create and yields a free 20-page personalized excuse report that other coaches are starting to use with their clients. Additionally, we do coaching based on our book.

Hi 48 Days Family,
I thought I would share the first of my three part series on the three things I have identified over the last 20 years that all top leaders do consistently but you probably won't. Yes, I am being a little provocative but I hope I have encouraged you to consider why you are not doing them carefully.

I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!
Finally, it sounds like you are interested in writing. If so, consider joining the Write It Forward. There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.
Plus, you might want to check out Speak It Forward as well. It's another group I'm involved with that has a lot of activity taking place.
