Hi, my name is Lillian Cauldwell.
Some of you may know that I own and operate an online radio network called Passionate World Radio Network. I've been running the network for ten plus years. During that time period, the station has seen many passionate and professional experts come in and become hosts here at the station.
I, too, am one of the hosts who started out knowing that I had a long way to go, baby. However, being brought up in the Dewey Decimal System certainly put me heads and tails over the other individuals who were also setting up their own internet radio stations.
One thing I learned was, you guessed it, Rome was not built in a day or the more popular truism, if you build it they will not come unless invited, visible to your audience, and what's in it for them. Of course, I would like to think that every bit of wisdom that I'm going to share with you over the course of several hundred years (just kidding) will help you to declare what your true passions are, what your expertise is in, and have you ever wondered what it takes to actually take two steps forward, knock on the door of opportunity, and then be ready for when your chance arrives.
Welcome to becoming a talk show host.
You heard me. Here, today, and probably tomorrow, I will share with you, my audience, what it takes to become a good talk show audience and be successful with it. Then, we'll move on to podcasting, online radio shows, interviewing -- in other words the works.
If you think that it requires work, why you're right.
If you think that it will be fun, why you're right.
If you think you can make money from it, why you're right.
If you think that you'll be come notable, branded, an expert, why you're right.
All those things are right, but like anything else it does require elbow crease.
Next week, depending on my doctor's appointment, my knee disconnected yesterday so allot is riding on that appointment, I'll dive right in and tell you from 1 to 20 steps on how to do, how to become, and how to succeed.
Stay tuned. Don't go away and stray. Check out the website and listen to our 24/7 archival programs. It's the green box on top 24/7 shows. Just click on it.
Or pick a favorite host, click on their name and go to their page. Next click on whatever stream or video or podcast appeals to you and take a good listen.

Love to see you there!
As part of a Business Builder's group I attend we are reading the book Triggers by Marshall Goldsmith. Just finished a chapter entitled The Wheel of Change. Here is a quote from the book: "Good things happen when we ask ourselves what we need to create, preserve, eliminate and accept-a test I suspect few of us ever self-administer." What about you? What do you need to create, preserve, eliminate or accept in your business?
Last but not least, help me welcome Vicki Dillon who is a Retail Consultant for investment firms, manufactures and retailers and supporting businesses. Check out her website here: http://www.retailperspectivesconsulting.com/
