What is your personality style and does it make a difference in how you perform your job? The obvious answer is, "Of course!" Just had lunch with a teacher who coordinates a summer enrichment program for children and part of our discussion was about the teachers that she hired that she would hire again... and the ones she wouldn't. Do you use the DISC assessment if you hire someone? It is one of my recommendations in a blog that I posted here:
