Graphic Designer/Feedback Wanted
I made up some post cards to advertise my book. It's my first book (based on a local true story). It's front and back printed on a color laserjet and the back has room for a postage stamp and an address label. I'm looking for someone who believes they can do a better job on this post card. - Co-worker and author told me about this page. Hope to find tips and suggestions on self-publishing, maybe even find someone to design my book cover.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Full time employee who just wrote her first book.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I have just written my first book (non fiction) titled "A Road to Freedom" Strangers Restore Freedom for an Innocent Man. Release date for self-publishing is April 2nd 2014.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Waiting to retire so I can volunteer at Innocence Project of Minnesota and Feed My Starving Children.

Glad you've decided to join 48days. I originally found this site through Dave Ramsey and Dan's podcasts and have been a member for over 5 years! It is a great network of supportive people, just the place to share your ideas and questions. Hope you will jump in and participate.
Some groups I belong to are: Write It Forward, Speak It Forward and a group that I started just for women, A Called Woman. It is a very encouraging group where we talk about finding our calling and moving ahead with passion. Come join us. Blessings!

I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!
Finally, it sounds like you are interested in writing. If so, consider joining the Write It Forward. There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.
Plus, you might want to check out Speak It Forward as well. It's another group I'm involved with that has a lot of activity taking place.
