- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I'm a regular listener to Dan's podcast and attended a live event at his place in Franklin, TN.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- I teach part time and am developing a consulting business in the area of 'cultural intelligence.'
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- I want to expand my consulting business to include speaking on the subject of cultural intelligence and understanding; I also want to market content along these lines.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I juggle many hats and don't expect that to change, as I'm a believer in multiple streams of income; so my goal is to become better at juggling the various parts of my life and develop an income that supports my many passions, including international travel.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- With many years of international experience, I have insights on culture, including language (I'm conversant in 7), faith, arts (I'm a musician and directed an arts nonprofit for 11 years), and am a competent writer and public speaker.

One great way to develop cultural intelligence is learning a foreign language.
