Rahsaana, by waiting list... I mean this..

When you make a change to your hosting account with GoDaddy, these changes are not handled "INSTANTLY" they go into a waiting queue to be processed either by a computer or, sometimes, by a human operator.

There are "some changes" that can take as much as 20 minutes before the computer will begin to start your requested process. There are other changes that could take up to 12 to 24 hours for them to "start" the process.

My experience is that in most cases, stuff happens within 5 to 10 minutes, but I have been caught with an 18 hour wait on a client's project in the past.

WordPress Hosting accounts get priority processing when change requests are made. So they basically get to jump into the front of the line and they are processed "Almost" instantly.

Anyway.. Please do send a link when you get some stuff online.

Cliff, Thank you for your encouragement! YES!!! there was so much information in that free consultation that my head is still spinning. BTY, I switched over to the WordPress today. A waiting list for what exactly? (sorry about all the questions) I may have figured it out on my own. My hosting company will have to get an approval from them for clearance.

Ok! Tracking (wrong term). Maybe I should have said "Traffic" finding out where my visits are coming from.

I will send you all of my information to my links soon. Thanks!

Rahsaana, It is so great to hear from you.

First off, I would have preferred that you got a WordPress version of the linux hosting account. However, not to worry at all! I actually have the same account that you have. It just takes a little bit longer for them to process the one click installs of WordPress on the normal accounts. WordPress hosting accounts get pushed the the front of the waiting list.

Congrats on the YouTube account! So what's the link?

MailChimp? ROCK ON!!! You are gearing up right! Where's the link for me to subscribe to your mailing list?

When you ask how important is "Tracking" at this infant stage.... What do you mean by "tracking"? Tracking what?

I know I threw a lot of info at your during the free 30 minute consult. It appears that a great deal of it soaked in and that you are moving forward with great progress!

YOU CAN PULL THIS OFF!!!

Many Blessings!

Happy New Year To You Too!

Hello Cliff, I have made some small steps toward my goals. I just up graded my account to linx ( or should I had gotten wordpress?). I started a youtube account. I thought of several catchy names for my podcasting. Mailchimp is almost up and running. I have a question, how important is tracking at this infant stage? I was so overwhelmed with all of the information you provided for me. Today I feel like I can really pull this off. Thank you!

Happy New Year!

Rahsaana -

Cliff knows his stuff very well. I'm one of his podcasting clients (www.leadershipequipnetwork.com). He's helped us launch a couple of podcast and has helped us build an entire marketing platform via social media.

Glad that you know what you are passionate about and want to move forward with it. That's more than 90% of people.

I'd echo Justin's thoughts about Cliff as well - lots of good value talking to Cliff.

Hope your podcasting endeavors go well!

In Him,
Brent
