My goal/dream for my work life would be to provide and coach others on how to work as an effective team. Also to show others how to coach and bring people together in fun ways. As an added bonus I would love to have a place designed to host team building for groups, seminars for training and used a multi-functional building with an indoor ropes course.

Doubles - A Fun Icebreaker

This is one of my favorite icebreakers that I have use to get the energy up of any group. The goal is simple. Have each person roll the dice. If they get a double then they start writing 1-100 on a sheet of paper. The first person to 100 WINS!

Doubles

Don’t let the simplicity fool you. Groups really get into this activity because it gets competitive very quickly.I give credit for this activity…
