How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: I am a leadership coach and am constantly wanting to improve myself. Recommended by Alex Barker.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: I am a Master Certified Coach and coach executives & managers to negotiate organizational change, learn to build great teams & businesses, and still have a life in the process.

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: I am called to heal organizations by serving the executives and managers who run them, and helping them connect to their own people to build great teams.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: Write a book.

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: Strong leader & mentor. Great friend.

Thank you for your response to my message. I would very much appreciate if you would share my information with anyone you know who may be in need of a website or website redesign.

As for your site, my first observation is that the home page looks too much like the typical wordpress blog instead of an eye-catching website for a business. I would change the layout in ways to enhance the core marketing messages that you want. The way it looks now it seems like too much text without any emphasis on your core concepts. Not that you have to reduce the amount of text but there needs to be graphical elements that move the eye to key points.

Secondly, I like the header image but the three phrases... Better leaders. Better decisions. Better world. could be incorporated more in the design with a pleasing aesthetic. It seems kind of disjointed to the rest of the design and looks like someone just slapped the text up there.

Those are just a couple of thoughts about the home page. Some of the same themes flow through the site.
