Which CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software do you use?

I've been using Insightly for my CRM, but I'm curious to know you're using?

Could you share what you use and why you like it?

I'm sure there's a lot of us who could benefit from your recommendation.

Thanks!

Oh Justin, I am peeping in on this discussion as this interests me as well. Currently I am doing everything by excel sheets as I haven't found a great system that is EASY to use and isn't more work than my current excel lists and is affordable with what I am doing. Getting to a point however that I know I will benefit a great deal from switching, but want to find one that is a good fit.

Thanks for asking such a great question.

After trying a couple of other options, I like Insightly best so far. You can learn a lot on their free plan and move up to a basic level for $15 a month.

No matter what we choose, it takes some time to learn to use it well!

Hope you're doing great Jen :)

Wow, $15 is definitely affordable. Is it super easy to use Justin or is there a learning curve or recommended things you learned that you would do different?

I'm not an "expert" with it yet, but it's fairly easy to use so far and they have some good resources to help you learn.

A feature you may like is the Import feature. You can upload your Excel files and each one of your clients will have there own "card" and from there you can email them with preloaded templates, and track your relationship.

I assume most CRM systems do this, but Insightly worked well for me in doing this process.

The only thing I would do differently is give myself permission to take time to learn :)

On a side note: I use Fresh Books for accounting and I love it.

I've recently started using the Hubspot CRM and it's free which is great! I'm still getting used to it, but it's pretty awesome so far. I used to use Freshbooks for accounting but it was limited for what I needed to do, so I switched to Wave a little while back.

I took Hubspots system for a test drive and constantly had problems logging in. It seemed buggy and too lightweight to me.

I think it just came out of beta - i've not had any issues with it.

I have been using Insightly for about six months. I'm still on the free version. I've not tried others. This was an upgrade from my Excel spreadsheet. I like that once it is input, I forget it. It emails me my next assignment or follow-up.

Yep. I love that too Greg!

I have used Salesforce (for a big business - which is where I was using it, this was not robust enough) and Microsoft CRM (waaaay too complicated), but both are nothing when compared to Zoho or Insightly. Both are cheaper, Zoho is free up to 10 users in fact, and neither has the ridiculous learning curve the first two I mention have. Best wishes!

I'm like you...the less complicated, the better :)

I have an email account with Zoho, but haven't tried their CRM. Can you set up reminders, tasks, etc. like you can in other CRM's?
