You make a good point that the success of working with a VA has a lot to do with how you delegate tasks. You need to be as specific as possible with VAs, especially when they are new to working with you. If possible, delegate tasks well in advance of the deadline. You cannot blame a VA for doing a rushed job with a task if you do not give him or her enough time to do it. Another reason to delegate in advance, and plan to delegate even more in advance, is that no one is immune to unexpected time consumers. You never know when you or your VA could fall behind schedule because of a traffic jam, fish tank emergency, or sleepless baby.

Yes, please do let us know where to find the webinar. It is a great idea that could benefit lots of small business owners. For example, if you are in the business of sports massage, your hands are busy when you are working, so you could have a VA respond to some of your emails, but first you would have to give the VA an idea of what you want to say, so that the VA is not just guessing.
