Have you ever stopped to think about how small things in life really add up if enough of them happen? I thought about this on my walk the other day, and realized that it can really be applied to all three areas of organization that I address.Small pieces of clutter.Think about the things in your home. It’s not the one or two pieces of paper in your house that feels like clutter. It’s the pile that seems too daunting to address. But how did that pile get so big? One piece of paper at a time was added without addressing what was previously there. Eventually the pile grew until it started to feel like true clutter and too much of a project to tackle! This is true with toys, clothes, collectibles, kitchen items, magazines/books, etc. There’s never just one piece that suddenly turns it into clutter. It’s the small accumulation over time. 2.
