Stuff I learned from Mark Sanborn...

Was listening to a fantastic conversation going on between two personal development and leadership greats, +DARREN HARDY and +Mark Sanborn.

Mark said that for the entrepreneur to be successful in today's competitive environment, it takes more than being "reactive", or even "proactive"; to be able to hit the moving target of success, an entrepreneur must be "interactive".

Interactive with vendors, customers, employees, and market trends. 

His analogy in the interview was spot on. He compared the wave of economic change to a wave that Mother Nature creates.

Like an entrepreneur, to ride it successfully, a surfer uses her knowledge, wisdom, and insight to interact with the wave and eventually, rise to the top.
