Please Don't Tell Me How Great You Are, Tell Me a Great Story!

Today my co-author shared a great YouTube clip with me.  It was only at the very end this short 1:30 piece that I realized I was watching a commercial. The advertiser clearly showed amazing restraint!

If you are like me, all too often I default into telling my readers or potential clients what I have done and what I can do for them. More and more, I get the impression that people just want to hear a great story, then decide for themselves if my product or seminar is the one to help them achieve similar results.

How are you "stepping out of the way" and letting the story make the sale? If you have a story-based ad to share, let's check it out. Tell us how to find it.
