American Idol - 48Days.net Update

Last night was the finale of American Idol - season 10. Big, big production. As I wrote a couple of days ago, American Idol - 48Days.net Connection - member Chad Jeffers is lead guitarist for Carrie Underwood. As the camera panned in on Chad last night we got a great shot of the Anthology Gear Wear strap designed by member Brian Griffith. And of course that strap is produced by member Dave Munson's company Saddleback Leather where coach and member Chuck Bowen is a partner.

Chad was kind enough to send me this video clip this morning - thanks for making this happen Chad!!

I'm not being negative, I think this is a great example of preparation and opportunity meeting together. It reminds me of Emerson's quote, I think, of heading confidently in your direction and great forces will come to assist you. Donald Trump believes in some luck, and what value does it have if you are not ready for it? I'm sure I've had that same luck in my life and did not recognize it or was ready for it. It reminds me to work hard to prepare for those moments that may come again. Great job!
