6 Days of Thanksgiving! Who or what are you thankful for?

I don't know about you but it seems as Thanksgiving Day is becoming lost between the shuffle. Can you feel it in the air? The hustle and bustle. I do have friends in the retail business and I understand the power of 'Black Friday'  for their bottom line....but Black Friday has been advertised since Halloween. And in our town -- Black Friday is actually starting Thanksgiving Thursday afternoon.  Two local radio stations have been playing Christmas music since November 1st.

Would you consider joining me in 6 Days of Thanksgiving and share what you are grateful for with your friends in the 48 Days community, your face book friends, family.... Perhaps we can raise the awareness of this Holiday, holy day? (suggested by my friend and priest, John Cusick)

Who and what are you thankful for? Life experiences, family members, mentors, lessons from those you least expect, gifts, moments?

I am thankful for this new extended family in the 48Days.net community, the generosity of the membership. Starting at the top with Dan and Joanne Miller, Ashley and Nathan Logsdon. My life is richly bless since meeting them (and you) and for that I am most grateful this day!
