Happy New Year!!

(boomguide.blogspot.com)

2013 is a year of promise!  I can feel it in every fiber of my being.  I am bestowing the hope of blessings and much peace, prosperity and joy on each of you.  That is my prayer for you.

With so much to look forward to in 2013, I want to start the year with 3 important things for you to consider while moving forward in the New Year.

  1. 1.      It does not matter how bad we have messed up in the past.  We have to learn to forgive ourselves and MOVE on.  Tomorrow hold the secrets of a new beginning.  We must learn from our past mistakes, forgive ourselves and march forward onto a new start.  Give yourself the gift of forgiveness this New Year.
  2. 2.      It is okay to be a little self-absorbed and love yourself more in 2013 than you have ever done before.  Yes, I said it.  It is okay.  Relaxxxxxxxxxxx and exhale.  There is no shame in loving yourself and pampering you a little more this coming year.  You especially deserve it if you are always pouring out yourself into someone else.  Give yourself the gift of self-love this New Year.
  3. 3.      It will not hurt you to venture into the unknown and take risks a little more than you have in the past.  Let your hair down and be free to explore.  Being a little more adventurous this year will get those creative juices flowing more.  Wonderful ideas will begin to flow from you and you won’t be able to stop it.  Give yourself the gift of new adventures this New Year.

Enjoy your New Year.  This is going to be a great one.  I know it.  I can feel something miraculous stirring in the atmosphere.  May that feeling take you on a wild ride in 2013. WooooHooooo………..

Oh Kimberley - I SO agree!  I am excited and full of great expectation and I love your three tips.  #2 is one most people, especially believers, seem to struggle with.  It is one of the things I talk about with clients - it is more than ok to take time for yourself and, yes, to pamper yourself periodically.  You can only give what you have and if you do not take time to replenish you end up running on empty and burned out.  Great post - wish you all the best!
