It's been a long time since I have written a blog here. Lately I have been feeling the pressure starting to build as I am roughly 1 year away from retiring from the Army. For years I have had a secure and stable income which has allowed my family and I to enjoy a nice standard of living. However, improving our quality of life is more important to me at this point. - I am designed to express myself through words. I feel empowered when I write or talk about positive topics. I have 19 years of experience in the Army. I have led soldiers both in peace and war. This, along with strong conversational skills allow me to motivate and inspire those around me. I love humor and use it as often as possible. I strive to create a positive environment wherever I go.

I sure understand why it didn't work/barely worked well so much of the time. It's hard for an ENFP to be anything like what ENGINEERING is looking for.
