We Like Working With Chuck!

“I worked with Chuck in early 2008, at which time I was entering a transitional period from an employee in the corporate world to owning my own small business as the sole employee. His pointed questions and insightful advice provided the perspective I needed to "make the leap" with success. Chuck is a standup guy with the utmost integrity. I highly respect him and his work, and I recommend partnering with Chuck for any and all career direction.”
~ Landon Porter, Honeycomb Custom Database Solutions

“I met Chuck when I was in the initial phases of creating my HR consulting company. His guidance and advice were spot on! He is also gifted with the ability to ask penetrating questions which helped move me from planning to action. Thanks Chuck for all you do!”
~ Alicia Arenas, President and Founder of HR Business Connect

“Chuck’s expertise in marketing, advertising, and promotions has helped to generate business for my company as well as help bring out creative parts of me that I had not used for years. Because of Chuck’s encouragement and training, I am producing additional streams of revenue that is allowing me to build a practice around other passions I have and firmly believe in. Chuck is not just a successful coach; he is a mentor, dream energizer, encourager and a transformer."
~ Victor Encinas, President Victor Encinas Coaching

“Chuck is one of the most effective businessmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He is focused on results and getting his clients to take action. Much more than an encourager, Chuck is able to come up with creative solutions to tough problems. I am blown away with his insight, passion, and wisdom. I would and do recommend Chuck to everyone I know.”
~ Jesse Bruner

“Real quick...I know we talked about touching base a couple months from now about my conversion rate avg. to see how I am coming along. I'm quite excited about that. BUT, in the meantime I have to let you know that my conversion rate for January (since I met with you) is....100%! Aren't you so proud?!"
~ Rachel Porter, Porter Financial Coaching

“I enthusiastically endorse and recommend Chuck Bowen. Through his "Live by Design" process I learned more about myself during those few weeks than I had in a very long time. What I got actually blew me away. Armed with this newfound knowledge, I was able to redirect my career into areas I had never considered before. I encourage anyone who wants to be happier in their job and life to work with Chuck.”
~ Kevin Etter

“I can tell you from first-hand experience that Chuck has boosted the value of my company. With insight, expertise, and encouragement, Chuck takes a struggling or unproductive segment of your company and turns it into a profitable income stream. He comes with my highest recommendation."
~ Dr. West Conner, www.MedicineCoach.com

“Chuck has a wonderful gift of bringing out the best in his clients. His services more than paid for themselves in just two months after meeting with him in San Antonio.”
~ Justin Lukasavige, President Lukas Coaching

Is Brian Griffith married to Sarah?  Works in a church maybe, but has moved from KC to Oklahoma?  If so, Sarah Griffith is my cousin!  If not, they are complete and total strangers.

Thanks for the note from a couple of weeks ago.  One reason I join the Coaching group (and several others related to coaching) is, besides wanting to learn more, that a colleague and I are exploring integrating "life coaching" into academic advising.  I have the academic advising part down fairly well, but would like to glean folks thoughts on how to help students think longer term than just next semester's schedule.

My colleague has had to cancel a couple of meetings in the last couple of weeks.  We are trying to get together to identify some key questions to ask, to perhaps focus the topic a bit.  I look forward to what you and the others have to share.  One goal is a presentation at the annual meeting of NACADA (Nat'l Academic Advising Assoc.),  and maybe a journal article sometime too.

On an unrelated topic:

I also just recently joined another of your groups and asked a question about developing an idea and marketing it.  (I guess I should just come to CO sometime...;-)  )

Thanks again for your note - I look forward to working with and learning from the 48 Days Coaches.

Hi Chuck! It has been a long time, but back in 2009 you had encouraged me to keep on top of my knee rehabilitation. I just want you to know that your advice helped me to have the most recovered knee of anyone that I have come across. Thank you!

Thanks for the welcome!  This community looks great - I would be interested in your perspective about the viability of a financial coaching business and the Dave Ramsey financial counseling training.  I am considering attending his week long training and would like to get feedback from previous attendees. I have sent out several emails to financial coaches that I have found through internet searches.  All of the feedback that I have received so far has been positive about the training but alot of the comments have been that financial coaching is more of a ministry than a for-profit business.

Howdy Chuck!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I am really looking forward to learning from you and the folks here at 48days. (Looking forward to joining the coaching group at FAA as well - as soon as I pass task-master Jimi's course!)

Kindest Regards.
