So, I was returning a desktop computer to Best Buy the other day and the event ended with me saying, "Sorry, but I have no reason to shop here anymore." I had issues with the new computer and figured I really didn't want to start with a computer that is already giving me problems. That was the main reason I was returning the computer. I was asking for my money back on some "optimization" that was done to the computer and they responded with a big “NO”.
