- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I heard about 48Days.Net through following Dan. I hope to build relationships with fellow entrepreneurs and get ideas for building a great business.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- self employed as a computer consultant, programmer and trainer.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- become less self-employed and more of a business owner, move more into information products that can be sold 24/7, have clients come to me instead of me hunting them down and having to tackle them! I want to be able to build a team that can supplement and multiply my efforts.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Would like to become less stressed about money, debt-free, put my kids through college, continue to supplement my husband's ministry "habit", have more free time to enjoy the fruits of my labor.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I am highly analytical, but also able to communicate and train people. I enjoy working with software and creating programs that make people's jobs easier. I enjoy data crunching. I also enjoy graphic design and being creative.
I love challenges and puzzling situations. That I suppose is the core of troubleshooting and technical support.

I have been working on 2011 planning as I am sure a lot of you have as well. I have had quite a year both personally and professionally. This year more than any other I have had a major roller coaster ride. I am not sure what is going to happen with this and any feedback is certainly appreciated.

Why “One Price Fits All”, Doesn’t

If you have only one offering to clients, you are expecting them to make a tough decision. In this price model you usually have a higher ticket item and a potential client has to decide if they like you enough to put up the cash. Your job is to make it easier on them.

This is the second most asked question by the Virtual Assistants and other service providers I coach on a regular basis. Should they run their own business or be part of an existing team? The answer depends on the individual.
