I am looking for ideas and support for growing my business.
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Self-employed
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- My goal is to expand my business beyond myself. I want to expand my business to multiple locations. I want to expand the services that my business offers. I want my business to be able to run without me. I want to develop employees who are leaders, who will take pride in working for my business. I want to build a business that will make a difference in my community and in the lives of my employees and clients.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I want to provide a secure present and future for my families. I want to be able to take a vacation.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- I have a laid back personality with a dry sense of humor. This generally helps me to provide a calming influence to my clients situation. The comment that I receive the most is that I have the ability to help people see that there is hope.
