Profile Information
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Currently I am am disabled from a stroke I survived in 2001 . Abled not disabled describes me best .As such I am self employed .with no current income except SSI/DSI , trust me it sucks .
I refuse to let anyone tell me what I CAN'T do , I don't know that and have no interest in remaining in THEIR small , Godless world , nor am I interested in failing to complete the journey that God specifically chose for me or influence/inspire/encourage those that He has caused or gives me the blessed opportunity to do so .
Not just anyone gets to be where I have been or emerge alive from it .
- And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?
- To make the life of those I have the God blessed fortune of meeting a nicer place to be . A life with hope that ends with their entrance into Heaven .
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Marking anyones elses life a nicer place to be would also make my life a nicer place to be .
Any goal is always mutual , if they acheive I do also , if they lose likewise .
Who could profit more than by living a prosperous that ends with entering Heaven followed by those you lead there .
- What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- My lifes experiences that God has blessed me with and my willingness to share them unselfishly to make anyones life a nicer place to be .
All have been learning experiences . I once was asked ,"where childhood ends , and adulthood begin". I retorted that ,"I think you've asked the wrong man , my life has been adventure after adventure" there never has been a defining moment .
From owning a dairy farm , coaching , truck driving , writing , utility work , and whatever was necesary , I've always been blessed with a can do get it done today attitude . With God everything is possible .
His way is always the most excellent way .

ONE MAN COMPLAINIG ABOUT HIS RETIREMENT

When I was about 40 about 2:30 one afternoon I was involved in a conversation with a county worker , complaining about the adequacy of his retirement .
He turned to me expecting support . At that time I was a Dairy Farmer struggling to survive . My hours were dark 30 till dark 30 , 7 x 24 .
When he looked to me I told him I'm already retired . His vernacular , he responded you must be one of those fat ass state workers . No I replied , I've never worked for the state 1 day in my life… Continue

When I got on the bus to return home from Physical Therapy , Doug, [himself paralyzed from a diving accident and a brother ] Asked can we ever be higher than God ?
I answered , with God anything is possible , on that criteria I wold have to say yes . However because we are made in Gods image , and because He forever perfecting us , an eternal process . On that criteria I would have to say no .

WHAT'S IN A NAME?

A question in an email followed by an applicable Shakespeare quote , and relevant supporting statements of evidence made me ask myself , What if there never was a God to create this world?
What if His only son were never given for our salvation ? What if He never were crucified ? How much would these events change the history we learn? Or the history that we now are participles of ?

Accept It , And Make The Best Of It

God made this day . We can't change it by complaining . What has happened is part of the past , now will be the past as you read this , all we can pray to change is the future . Now is all that we have and all that we can do is accept it , and make the best of it ,and greet the future when we get there .
Worrying or fearing it only wastes the energy and other essentials that we need to greet and embrace it, and bars God from entering our hearts to guide us through it .

Does Hope Cease At Physical Death Or Does It Metamorph Into Despair?

Today in church while in church we were discussing , Jack Hayford's ,"Invading The Impossible" , the question was asked does hope die at physical death ?
Since I died 3 x nearly 8 years ago , and I'm writing this I could only honestly answer no . Sadly though for many who endure an unplanned , life changing , trauma , despair is the frequent fruit often yielding their expiration .
Many times I have witnessed those with little or no Faith whither and expire .
