How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: Old Dan Miller client, getting re-familiarized with where he is at.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: Currently employed with the federal government, licensed custom home builder (self employed for many years til 2008), currently building my Leadership coaching and speaking business, looking to help bring real hope and change back to America!

And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?: To live life and support my family on my terms. To be the best husband and father I can be. To capture the wind, hear the music in life, see the best in others, and help them see it as well. To follow GOD in my walk. HIS will be done, not mine...

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: Less fat, more muscle. Take time to read quality books again. Learn to play guitar, travel, sail, fish more , cook more, laugh more...

What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: Decision maker, heart of a teacher, highly articulate. I'm pretty funny, not the smartest guy in the room, but not the biggest knuckle dragger either. I help leaders see and hear the truth. No politically correct words and verbiage here. We need better leaders in this country. Both on business and in ministry. My real gift is lifting them up to be better at what they do.
