- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- Heard of Dan Miller via Dave Ramsey and FPU. It has long been a dream of mine to do for a living what I've been doing for "free" for so long - coaching, mentoring, being coached, being mentored. Structure and a plan of attack and being part of a community of like-minded folks is what I hope to derive from being involved here!
- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
- Retired Naval Officer. Currently self-employed as a consultant and coach.
- And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
- Create multiple streams of income and helping others to do the same. I want to do that by engaging today's culture with the values of Jesus and the gifts and callings that I've been endowed with, and help others to identify and release their gifts and callings.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Becoming debt-free in the next 24 months, becoming an ICF certified coach, become a certified health and wellness trainer and work hand in hand with my wife and sons to partner with God to unfold His "Master Plan" for our life.
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- High "D," high "I" as per DISC profile. I learn fast and synthesize things well. I love public speaking. I love teaching and training. I love listening - to God - and to others. I can be very inspirational and have a high work ethic and big dreams. I also am keenly aware that alone I am going nowhere. I value teams and others' roles on those teams deeply.
