For those of you who listened to Dan’s Feb 08 podcast he spent a lot of time discussing failure, he asked the question is there a better word to use when something or someone doesn't succeed?
As the story goes, Edison tried 10,000 times before he “succeeded” in creating the light bulb. I don’t view those 10,000 tries as failures; I can picture Edison checking off an attempt that didn't work, but I can also picture him learning from that attempt. For example, if filament material…
