Personal Camera Man for $200
I heard about this product on one of the podcast I listen to. You can use it record your speaking events and better yet it can be used to practice your presentation. You use your iphone or pocket camera and wear a tracking device with built in micro phone and the base will track you and record your audio (line of site). Seeking Input on Occupied Rental Inspections
I am currently working on a checklist for a handyman or property manager to use to perform a twice-yearly inspection on my out of state properties and was hoping to get input from the group. I have had several units turn with a lot of damage when the tenant left and feel that getting a person in more often to checkout the unit may help avoid these problems.
