"Just listened to Suttons interview with Justin......and all I can say is, "WOW!". Sutton, having had the blessing of getting to meet you at SIF and talk with you, you truly live the Gratitude Attitude. What an amazing inspirational story;…"
"Great Post Sutton!! Divorce taught me exactly what I'm NOT willing to live without (respect); being laid-off, while not really a failure on my part, taught me that I'm tired of relying on a Corporation or Management to tell my worth and…"
"Kent, the website is www.womensradio.com. I'm waiting for them to contact me to go through the process of getting signed up as a Host, but their target audience is "women ages 40-65, who are pilots of their own companies as well as…"
Isn't this group AMAZING? I too attended the Speak It Foward Boot Camp this year and it was one of the best gifts I've ever given myself. Here's a few additional questions to challenge yourself with: "I need ______ to…"
"LOL, I don't think guests are limited to Ladies only. That's going to be one of my first questions when they contact me. I'm hopeful that as a Host, I will get the freedom to choose my own guests. I think Smart Women can learn…"
"Ok, so apparently jetlag has rendeered me unable to type complete thoughts. What I meant to say was, I signed up to become both a Host of my own show and a Guest on other's shows on WomensRadio.com. I think I need more sleep before I make any…"
"Just got back last night from a week long women's business conference in Los Angeles. Made lots of great connections and even though it scared me to Guest on other shows on Smart Womens radio. Haven't gotten the Host details yet (about…"
"My poor husband has had to listen to me regurgitate SIF wisdom for 11 hours straight yesterday on the drive home! Poor guy! Kent, to say you over-delivered is an understatement!! You answered EVERY question and fear I had about starting as a…"
Thanks for looking me up here! It was great to meet you this past weekend. Wasn't it terrific! I am still pumped! I look forward to keeping in touch with you through the 48 days network and maybe meeting you again. (PS, next time…"
How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
From Arch while on a Success 2.0 webcast. Thanks Archie!!!
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Corporate America decided in July that they no longer needed me, so now I've got all sorts of time to dedicate to launching my own business (and no more excuses NOT TO).
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
Through Be Your Gift, I want to develop programs and products that teach others how to be THEIR gift to their world.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
I used to say, "I would love to be able to quit my day job", however, my day job quit me first!! I'm looking forward to being able to live the life I want on my terms and having the luxury of fitting my work around my life instead of fitting my life around my work.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
Funny, great communicator, authentic, detailed planner.
Just purchased the domain name for my website (beyourgift.com), but do not it up and running yet. Plan to have it up and running by November 15.
If you have a product or service to promote (now or in the near future) this is your shot to state it! Say all you'd like:
Hi, I'm Michelle Norman, Founder and President of Be Your Gift. I help people discover their talents and gifts and I challenge them to share their gifts with the world and to make a difference. It creates a ripple affect that can truly change the world!

I definitely think spots will still be open next week. Right now, 12 out of 50 seats are taken. I imagine things will really pick up mid-August through September and get sold out by then. However, 2-3 seats fill up every week, so right now it might even fill up faster.
