- I am currently thinking through an idea of merging my worship/musician/song-writing skills with my passion for family and children and homeschooling. I have an idea I'm calling HolyOatmeal.com
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- Be completely debt free. Travel with family, have our business involve taking our family all over the country
- What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?

I needed to develop my "business owner skills".
I first hired a Virtual Assistant simply to make myself take some action that was way out of my immediate comfort zone. I had been listening to Dan Miller and all the other masters of success talking about moving from a position of trading dollars for hours to getting paid for results. The problem - I was trading dollars for hours and it didn't make sense to just drop what I was doing right then and there.

I recently learned this tip from the podcast over at www.InternetBusinessMastery.com
They relayed how many entrepreneurs (why does that have to be such a difficult word to spell?-not many of us self starters are necessarily great spellers...) will jump into a new idea but quickly get derailed because of the enormous learning curve, especially as it relates to the internet and technology.

I've picked up the guitar this year and got a few cords down now. I'm a bit envious of your guitar skills. ;-) Your music is very good, btw.
Winnovate is great, growing, changing structure as we expand and bring more people into the mix, and consuming all of my work time and some of my personal time. I'm very blessed & thankful to be in this situation.
My girls are growing up too fast. Gabby (6) lost her first tooth the other day, which for some reason was a bigger deal to me than I thought it would be. She is obsessed with reading. Maddy (3) is the clever, destructive one, more like me I suppose.
Jill & I celebrated our 13th anniversary back in May. Sounds strange to say.
I scanned your profile again and it is striking how common our path and goals are.
