- How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
- I bought the 48 Days to the work you love book after loosing my job. Thanks Dan! I wrote a blog about it.

- What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?

- And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?
- I have the best of both worlds at this time. I am running 2 businesses from home and have a very flexible schedule. The Goal is getting the businesses producing income first. Second is to recruiting and train managers to run the businesses and then have time and resources for ministry.
- How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
- I am very happily married and will celebrate my 23rd anniversary in May 2009. We were high school sweethearts and she is still my best friend. We lived on a farm for 3 years. While on the farm we had a 2 acre garden, a pumpkin patch, and a U-pick blackberry patch. I love gardening vegetables and herbs. In March 2009 I just completed my Master Gardner training and I look forward to the day we can purchase some land and build or log cabin.
- What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
- As my wife says I am the gas and she is the brakes. I have an unusual gift of being a visionary but I am also a good administrator. According to the personality tests I have taken, I am a promoter. I love people, enjoy mentoring, training, creating and implementing new ideas.
Kingdom Business Journal is a good example and was built on the idea of teaching Kingdom principles for success and ministry in the marketplace.
