I’ve been thinking about all the things “I have to” do. For instance, "I have to" cut my grass and maintain my yard. "I have to" put gas in my car. "I have to" pay my mortgage. "I have to" go to work. And the list goes on. I noticed that I didn’t like the way I felt when I thought about my have to list. I felt bogged down and stressed just thinking about them. I felt controlled by the task and heavy from the weight of the responsibility.
