Great Book about Monetizing Your Content: Crush It!

I finished a great book last week by Gary Vaynerchuk called Crush It!: Why Now is the Time to Cash In On Your Passion. Gary's claim to fame is the winelibrary.tv video blog. He's done 760+ episodes dating back to 2006 when most people didn't know what a video blog was!
