Profile Information

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
Don't recall how I heard about 48days.net but have been receiving the 48days newsletters for awhile and I just LOVE them!!! What I hope to get out of being a part of this community is the knowledge, skills and ideas to do what I love and retire from my J-O-B!
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
I am currently a full-time employee and also a part-time real estate agent/investor.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
My goal/dream that I am striving for regarding my life work is a good question...Since I have many interests with regards to real estate (green building/environment, feng shui, working with investors on rehab/remodeling) and have recently received my GREEN designation for real estate that seems to be the direction I am heading.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
My husband and I would like to own investment properties with positive cashflow income to supplement our retirement.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
Would somehow like to start a GREEN newsletter and website for rehab/remodeling,living, saving, going GREEN and possibly write articles for our local investment club newsletter...Also would like to have website set up as an affiliate to sell books on GREEN information/remodeling...Possibly teach and educate people about going GREEN inexpensively.

Hey Janet, I was just thinking about your titles for blog posts. I think you'd get many more readers and a few comments with better titles.

I've been playing around with this myself lately. With your last blog post, here would be a few ideas.

Say NO to Glitter [Green Tip of the Day]
Skip Glitter, Save Money [Green Tip]
No Mess, More Money: Green Tip

See how those would seem like more fun to click on? I hope it helps.

How are you, by the way?

Janet, I love my little sample bags (the packaging....they are so cute) and have been trying to think of ways to use them in my product line. My thoughts were right in line with what your saying! I'm thinking of tagging them as "Little Thank You's". I'm thinking of selling them as a "box of six" or something along those lines. This is what I will be sending to you. Maybe you can give me some more good feedback!

Thank you for the nice email Janet!
You know I have been thinking of doing a "free sample" mail out for new clients. I do it all the time (as this is what sells my product) but don't have anything on the website. It's a great idea and I will get working on it! Meanwhile......if you'd like a sample for yourself, you just let me know!!
Have a wonderful week! .......and let me know about that sample....I'm doing some sample mail outs tomorrow and would love to add you to the list. : )

Thanks again,
Robin

And FYI, love the dog. I tweeted "question of the day" yesterday -- dog vs. cat? Said really successful people are dog people, so I know you're really successful already :-)
