How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?: Started my business as a 48 Days Coach leading classes at the UAW/GM Skill Center in Spring Hill for the last 3 years. Participated in the Business Startup Series with Columbia State for all GM lay-off workers in August. Just presented the same series in October 5/3 Bank.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?: Help small business owners get more clients, make more money through a 7-Step Business Growth System. Currently working with an AFLAC agent, Digital Media Photography and Mannatech Product Distributor and proving quarterly marketing seminars for 5/3 bank. Also, I am heavily involved in building the membership of Professionals of Spring Hill and the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce for 2010.

And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?: Effectively market my 7-Step Business Growth System to the level of closing 3 clients per month.
Quarterly marketing seminars for 5/3 Bank Commercial Clients will help with this process in 2010. My arrangement with New Agency Concepts - Digital Marketing brings huge value to my current and future business.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?: My personal life is awesome. For the first time in my life, I understand what is like to live a God-centered life. I am able to spent quality time with my family and work as much or as little as I want to. I am content with being in my moment..a woman truly blessed and at peace. I have learned to achieve the right balance for my life. I want to help empower women in my community to achieve the same.

What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?: I simply try to love and give everyone the best of me everyday. I am happy being me and I hope it will inspire others to be their best, too.

I have a happy, friendly personality. I love everyone. I try to look for the good in all people. I try to be always ready to help in anyway that I can.

I enjoying learning and helping others learn. I can offer the world - a prayerful and loving heart and an encouraging word! I've found these will go a long way in lifting people's spirits.

I am on target for the first quarter of 2009. I did my first of two radio appearances. I have built a good relationship with the local media and they are calling me to appear just to fill spots. I networked with the local Kiwanis last week. I am scheduled to speak to Rotary in February, Chamber in March. I think the process is similar to therapy techniques of getting to know a person. The one thing I would add is "listen to understand". So many people talk for some time before they actually say what they want or need to.
