I will sell one of my rental properties in April and this will give me enough reserves to leave Bank of America. Addtionaly, my niche in Real Estate is Pre-Forclosurse. Feel free to try it free and send your wife or yourself a card so you can see the quality. The best source of building a business is in referrals. You have to keep your name in front of the client and show sincere appreciation. I am not talking about company letterhead but instead a personal note.
