How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?

We were invited by several members to join this community following one of the members posting our Positive Moment to this website. We hope to gain a better understanding of the values and behavior that motivate the members of this community and serve in a consulting capacity if requested.

What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?

I am President of The Wendling Group, a consulting, training and professional development firm founded in 1991 to provide management consulting and coaching to successful organizations and entrepeneurs.

And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?

serving others.

How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?

peace of mind, health and energy, loving relationships, financial freedom, worthy goals and ideals, self knowledge/self understanding and a sense of personal fullfillment.

What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?

Our core competencies include a Ph.D. specializing in behavioral psychology and axiology, an MBA in Executive Management with 20 years practical experience in strategic planning as a corportate executive and 20 years experience as a successful consultant to management and assessment provider to over a hundred corporations in the US and abroad.
