"I somewhat disagree. Yes, there's a barrier to entry, but it's just the same for those other platforms. When it comes to having a successful platform, it will always take work—blogging, YouTube, Blab, podcasting, or whatever."
"You can do this with Gravity Forms. You would need one of the higher licenses to have accept to the Authorize.net plugin.
Do you already have a security certificate for your site? You must have that, too, if you'll be accepting credit…"
"This is my biggest complaint about Smart Podcast Player. Unfortunately, it's not a simple "plug-and-play" solution. To replace PowerPress's player with Smart Podcast Player, you would need to disable PowerPress's player…"
"iTunes doesn't provide stats for most podcasters and they don't host your feed or your media.
To track your podcast downloads from your website, iTunes, and nearly everywhere else, you need to either host your media with Libsyn…"

"Yes, you can replace the file in Libsyn and it won't mess up iTunes.

How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
I heard about 48Days.net from Cliff Ravenscraft. I hope to learn how to better turn my passions into businesses and SHIP.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Self-employed freelance web designer, award-winning podcaster, and podcast consultant.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
I want my freelance work to be fulfilling to my passions as well as my clients' needs. And I want my business to support my life with my new family.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
I was married in summer 2010, so I want to have the time to always improve my marriage while better providing for my family as we seek to glorify God through the opportunities He gives us.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I'm creative at my core—so I'm great with designing websites, presentations, and podcast cover art. I enjoy public speaking and podcasting, and believe that I am able to make good connections with people and explain things well. I am an artist in the digital world.
I try to take time each week to welcome new members to 48Days.Net. So, let me say "welcome" to you! I know you will find this to be a great site filled with people who are experiencing true success in both life and work.
I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!
Finally, it sounds like you are a communicator and interested in speaking. If so, consider joining the Speak It Forward . There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.
Again, enjoy 48Days.Net. It's a great place to be!
