"The way Michael Hyatt and others are doing this is by inserting a play-button image in the email and linking it directly to the MP3. Just make sure your direct link includes the tracking redirect if you use Blubrry's free or premium stats, or…"
"I'm really liking WooCommerce! The core software is free and you pay for select additional functionality. For example, I bought a WooCommerce plugin to generate and manage software licenses (the plugin was $99). I helped a client of mine…"
"What firmware version is running on it? You'll see this in the upper-left corner when you turn it on.
Did this just start on it's own? Are you running it on batteries or the AC adapter?
You've had this for less than a year, so you can…"
"You can leave FeedBurner completely and instead use PowerPress to manage your podcast feed settings.
For more information, listen to my episode about how to leave FeedBurner but know that FeedBurner now offers a permanent 301 redirect, so you…"
"Thank you, Tom! (And thank you for including my middle initial.)
Many times, I feel like one of my episodes sucks and I want to redo it if I had more time. We all have those episodes, but I won't tell you which ones I thought were mine. ;)
"What microphone do you have?
This is really easy and cheap! I'll assume your mic is XLR.
Get a 3.5mm male to male cable (I like the angle plugs).
Plug your XLR mic directly into one of the H4n's XLR inputs.
Connect the 3.5mm cable…"
"Daniel Hayes is right about Stitcher downloads.
About your LibSyn and Blubrry stats, you'll see some minor differences because they use slightly different algorithms. Since you host your media with LibSyn, any download from anywhere is…"

"Fluctuating length of episodes will only turn away your audience if your episodes are longer than your content. Others are pointing this out, too.
I have found that when I release shorter episodes, I hear comments like, "It was too short!"…"
How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
I heard about 48Days.net from Cliff Ravenscraft. I hope to learn how to better turn my passions into businesses and SHIP.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
Self-employed freelance web designer, award-winning podcaster, and podcast consultant.
And then...what is your goal/dream for your work life?
I want my freelance work to be fulfilling to my passions as well as my clients' needs. And I want my business to support my life with my new family.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
I was married in summer 2010, so I want to have the time to always improve my marriage while better providing for my family as we seek to glorify God through the opportunities He gives us.
What would you say are your strongest talents? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
I'm creative at my core—so I'm great with designing websites, presentations, and podcast cover art. I enjoy public speaking and podcasting, and believe that I am able to make good connections with people and explain things well. I am an artist in the digital world.
I try to take time each week to welcome new members to 48Days.Net. So, let me say "welcome" to you! I know you will find this to be a great site filled with people who are experiencing true success in both life and work.
I'd like to point out that one of the best places to connect with other liked-minded people here is in the GROUPS section. There are groups for just about every interest you can think of, and if you can't find a group that interests you, you can start one. Groups are my favorite part of 48Days.Net!
Finally, it sounds like you are a communicator and interested in speaking. If so, consider joining the Speak It Forward . There are some great discussions going on that will likely be very profitable for you.
Again, enjoy 48Days.Net. It's a great place to be!
