How did you hear about 48Days.NET, and what do you hope to get out of being a part of this community?
I heard about 48Days.NET through my membership in the 212 Connection. By being involved in this community, I hope to help others operate and run a business where they can fulfill their calling. I also hope to learn how to take my own business to an even higher level.
What is your current work situation? Employee, self-employed, generating any income on your own?
I started FusionComputing, Inc. 2001 after being 'uninstalled' from my cubicle slave job as a software developer. I help small businesses develop their internet presence into a viable and profitable income source.
And then...what is the goal/dream you are striving for regarding your work life?
I absolutely love being self-employed - the flexibility, control, and ability to focus on my passions make my work life seem like play. My goals and dreams in this area are to continue learning about business and applying my calling to my work.
How about your personal life? Any specific goals or achievements or dreams you are pursuing (or want to pursue)?
I am a big believer in constant personal growth and learning. For this next year, my personal goals are to read at least 2 non-fiction books per month, finish breaking in my mountain bike, and totally enjoy my family (wife and 2 kids!).
What would you say are your core competencies? How are you 'wired' and what can you offer to the world (it's OK if you don't know yet, but knowing is key to pursuing your dreams!)?
At the very core, I am a problem solver. I am passionate about achieving worthwhile goals and solving the problems that stand in the way. Primarily my focus has been on technical problems, but more recently I am also focused on helping others with personal finance and business challenges.

Justin - how painless is the process of letting Aweber import your existing list without having everyone reconfirm? From what I can tell they have to import it, because if you do it with their built in tools it forces every subscriber to reconfirm.

Jack, I've got some background in this so maybe my advice would be helpful. I have made a lot of mistakes and learned a lot too. 1. Small businesses and individuals do not care about degrees or certifications. They only care about you solving thei…

I guess the first thing I would explore is whether they even want to change. Based on what you shared, it doesn't sound like it. I know many people like this - they are like the dog lying on a nail and just whimpering. It's not painful enough to get…

Hi Dan.

I'm helping out with Admin for the Groups. Was wondering if you plan on continuing your "Douglasville Eagles" Group. I noticed that it's been inactive since last March. I would be happy to remove it for you. Thanks.

Hello Dan,

I just finished reading 'No More Mondays Post It Revolution' and I wanted to say thank you for your success story - I found it very encouraging. It helped to learn I'm not alone as I read real-life accounts from people on a similar journey - some of whom I've begun to meet through 48days.net.

Blessings,

Michael

Dan,

Good to catch up with you again this past weekend. Us evil, rich, hard working people need to stick together so we can support the lazy. I love the political conversations we all had.

I do have an SEO question for you though that I should have asked...
If I write an article, put it on my website, on this blog, on the 212Connection blog, and send it out on ezinearticles.com, does it get better or worse google ranking because the same text is in so many different places?

Thanks man,

West

Hi,

I want to extend an invitation to you to join the group I am the host for a group called "Making A DREAM" where we are discussing our dreams and what we are doing to make them happen!

If you are interested in starting a business or learning more about planning, I invite you to challenge yourself with a FREE 7 day eCourse on my website. I offer this free because I want to introduce people to a different way of planning a business, the Agile way.

A Vision with out a Goal is just a Dream
A Goal without a Plan Is just a Wish

I hope you will join me in not just setting GOALS but making Agile PLANS to meet them.

Peace
